If the Cox email not working on mac, the user must hit Settings from the iPad Home screen. It will then display the Settings page. Then choose Accounts and Passwords. Click Other on the Add Account page. Now, fill out the necessary data on the New Account screen, then click Save. Now use the manual advancements approach to configure the device to use IMAP settings. If this is the user's first-time configuring email on the phone, fill out the form using their Cox email account and password before selecting Next.
